She is the founder of a wellness sanctuary rooted in holistic healing, cultural connection, and community care. Blending her professional expertise, personal growth, and spiritual practices, she’s created a safe space where BIPOC communities can reconnect with balance, vitality, and inner peace. Grounded in both Mexican-ancestral knowledge and wisdom, her work supports individuals on their journey toward empowerment, healing and wholeness.
