Join us for a transformative journey of sound therapy & reiki energy healing! 

We are excited to host Parisa Yoga Shala for another round of these powerful group offerings at Sigue Sanando Studio for our community! This will be the final time at least for the remainder of the year to have her in the studio collective space.
 

We will begin with breathwork to help calm the nervous system and prepare the body for sound therapy. Healing instruments infused with Reiki will be played to guide you into a deep meditative and mindful state as you lie in savasana with the support of props. This includes crystal bowls, Tibetan metal bowls, gongs, drums, shakers, chimes & more.

There will be moments of silence for the vibrations to integrate into your mind & body while Parisa goes around and provides Reiki.

This is a small group offering capped at 11 people. Dress in warm layers and bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and optional pillow and eye covering.
