Join Jenna Novelle for a water-inspired sound bath rooted in musicality, rest, and nervous system regulation. Through peaceful sounds and flowing rhythms inspired by the natural movement of water, this experience invites deep reflection, grounding, and connection to the natural world.

A Milwaukee area sound bath provider and musician. Her sound baths are influenced by her musical knowledge, Irish heritage and deep love for Mother Earth. She uses a variety of instruments to create a unique & grounded soundscape; including her voice, guitar, Celtic Bodhran drum, wind chimes, singing bowls and many handheld percussive instruments. These sounds will be presented in an organic, improvised way, each flowing into the next and building upon each other. As a trauma-informed provider, she prioritizes accessibility and comfort for all participants.
